Terms & conditions

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment has been taken.

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on each product page. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and refund that item.

The price charged is always the price we calculate at checkout from our own records, never the price displayed in your browser.

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once Stripe has confirmed the payment to us.

We publish ingredient and allergen information only where it has been verified against the product itself. Always check the product packaging for the most current ingredient and allergen information.
